On Wednesday 8th July, the College House Debate Competition took place virtually. This was an enriching experience as the motions varied from climate change to online learning and we all debated in a British parliamentary style. It gave everybody an opportunity to experience a public virtual competition. We debated with our peers; some with experience and others complete novices and that allowed us to learn from each other.
The results for the house debate were as follows:
