Over the weekend, College hockey player William R headed to Paredes in Portugal where he represented Wales at U21 level in the EuroHockey Indoor Junior Championship II. Wales took a very young team, with a view to developing the team for the tournament in 2 years’ time, and unfortunately came 7th out of 7 teams but the boys acquitted themselves extremely well with only small margins being the differentiator between them and the teams they were playing. We are looking forward to seeing how the team develops, and in particular watching Will's progress.
