On Tuesday 3rd December, Year 13's Alice K competed in the quarter finals of the Welsh Schools Debating Championships in Newtown, Powys. As an individual debater Alice spoke against the motion: “This house would require children to financially support their parents in old age.”
Alice came second of eight debaters and has gone through to the semi finals at Tredegar House on 16th December.
