On Tuesday 10th July, our College Rotary Interact Committee organised a Charity Quiz Night in aid of Gofal (a charity supporting young people with mental health issues). After ten rounds, designed to test knowledge of everything from recipes to UNESCO World Heritage Sites, Team Maths and Men emerged as the victorious winner, with just a 0.5 lead over their closest rivals, Charlotte’s Crew.
A big thank you to everyone who helped make the evening so successful, but especially Rotary Interact Presidents Grace D and Louise S (Year 12) who masterminded the whole event and Head Girl, Beca B and Head Boy Dag Y, who were the comperes for the evening.
We were also very pleased to welcome a number of Rotarians to the event from Rotary Club of Cardiff Breakfast who sponsor our Rotary Interact group. Just over £190 was raised at this event. Well done!
