On Wednesday 18th September, our Rotary Interact Presidents, Meg and Aka, attended the Rotary Breakfast. They made new friends and told the assembled Rotarians about the money raising activities completed so far and also all about their plans for this term, including a cake sale in Sally D’s, a film night for Year 7 and a series of netball matches—and that’s just next week. To complete the morning, Daisy, also from Year 13, spoke about her experiences last summer on the RYLA course. She had been selected to go on this prestigious leadership course and really gave the audience a taste of what the challenging week had been like, as well as thanking the Rotary members for their sponsorship and support. She was awarded a certificate to recognise her achievement.
