We are delighted to share that the College mixer event on Thursday 22nd September was a huge success and our students raised £890.42! The profits will be equally split between Fragile X Society and READ foundation's 'street child' appeal.
The Fragile X Society aims to improve the lives of those affected by Fragile X and associated conditions by providing information and continued support to families and professionals they work with.
The READ Foundation's 'Street Child' appeal has established drop-in centres and night shelters for children in need in Bangladesh. This protects them from the dangers of child labour, drugs and sexual exploitation.
