Many thanks to Mrs K Jones for giving an inspiring lecture on Monday 28th January, designed to inform and challenge the College students. She was presenting a talk on
Shakespeare and the Spirit of the Age—Identity Politics then and Now.
This was especially relevant to English Literature A level students , who are all required to answer a complex question on a Shakespeare text in Paper 1 of their A level examinations. However, it was pleasing to see several other students attend who were keen to explore the topic.
